Here we are: Yet another encompassing project of love from Chinmaya mission to harbour hapless, homeless, destitute children above 5 years. Is this an orphanage ? No, there is more to it than what meets the eye ; this is a heaven of love, compassion and fortitude, an ideal 'home away from home'.

Balasramam is just that and beyond.... Providing shelter, food, creature comforts and emotional succour besides proper education to the young destitutes and economically underprivileged children.

It is formed to house and care for those bereaved children, who as every child in this country has the "Right to a Family, Right to Development, Right to Education, Right to Health and Right to Life".
